here's my recipe that I did: I substituted graham crackers.
Pumpkin pie Graham crackers 8 sheets 960 Pumpkin 175 15 oz can from Trader J. Organic 3 eggs 240 Coconut Sugar 240. 1/4 cup 1/4 cup soy milk 25 1/4 cup maple syrup 210 Spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger 1/4 tsp Pinch of salt Serves 8 at 232 calories.
Preheat oven to 300-325 1. Crumble up graham crackers and line pan 2. Combine ingredients. 3. Put into 10 inch pie pan 4. Bake at 300 for 50 min. 5. Enjoy
