I have my go to yogurt concoction for either breakfast or snack.
I buy the Kirkland Greek Yogurt that is Organic. It's really really good. 100 calories per serving which is 170 grams!
I then add various things. For breakfast, I add ground up flax and pumpkin granola, as well as fruit.
For a snack, I may add a teaspoon of nutella and crushed up graham crackers.
The combinations are endless!
