I had been on Weight Watchers since January 2016. I have been very successful and lost 46 pounds.

When they changed the program, it was very disappointing to me and many others. I figured out that something must be done for support for those who feel the same way I do.

Thats when the page Return to 30 was born on Facebook and then this page was started for those who do not have Facebook
