I love making concoctions so this is no exception. What I like about this snack is it really hits the spot and is good for before bedtime. Easy to digest.
It's basically:
1/2 cup yoghurt - Kirkland Greek Non Fat Yoghurt works the best
1 serving size of whipped cream, a big spritz (1 sp)
1 serving size of PB2 or PB fit. (1 sp)
Mix all together until thoroughly blended.
You have the option of adding a banana sliced into the mix.
I then crush up 6 of the chocolate 34 degrees crackers (2 sp) and add them.
