It's normally done with ground beef, but I used ground chicken.
1lb Extra lean ground chicken. 1 bag coleslaw mix. ½ Red onion - chopped 1 Red sweet pepper - thinly sliced. 5 lg mushroom chopped
Salt and pepper to taste 1tsp ground ginger 1tsp onion powder ½tsp cayenne pepper
1Tbsp Sesame oil 2Tbsp Soy Sauce - low sodium 1Tbsp Sriracha Sauce 1Tbsp Honey ¼c Water
Fry up the meat of your choice, with spices. Set aside in a bowl.
Add onion, mushroom, peppers to pan .. saute .. add coleslaw (or shredded cabbage) .. continue cooking down until tender .. add sauce .. mix .. add meat .. stir.
