1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed three times. 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa 3 tbsp water 1/4 tsp vanilla 4 tsp or coconut sugar. Blend all together. Makes 24 tbsp. 1 sp per 2 tbsp.

For a change, try using Cacao Powder... healthier. Roasting turns cacao into cocoa - the roasting process makes the food acidic. A slight flavor change, but personally, I love it!
