What you need:
2 cups of whole milk
2 tbsp of white vinegar
Pinch of salt
Very fine cheesecloth
Boil the milk, or make sure it reaches 180 degrees F.
Take if off the burner and set a side.
Stir in 2 tbsp of vinegar, and stir lightly.
Let sit for 10 minutes
Strain through cloth
Add salt if desired.
Put in a container and refrigerate.
