Keep. On. Tracking. Forever. I have a SLOW metabolism, Type II Diabetic and my SP limit is 34 a day with NO weeklies except on really special occasions. Otherwise, I gain and my blood sugar goes out of wack! This is my forever and I have accepted it because I got to get off all my diabetes medications! I work a real treat (like a full size Heavenly Hash Egg at 8 sp) in about once a week but still stay within my 34 points. I just cut back a bit more on carbs on that day.
