This is what I meal-prepped today for my lunches for the week of 1/28. It is a 1 and 2/3 cup portion for 8 SP. I will also have carrot sticks and dressing on the side. This week's dressing is Skinny Taste Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing for 2 SP per 1/4 cup serving.
Keep in mind that Skinny Taste recipes are all converted to Freestyle now. I have recalculated them so I think my points above are right. Please feel free to double check and correct me if I missed something.
