Hi all. I signed up for WW on Jan of 2017 I have met my first goal of losing 15 lbs and now a lifetime member. I was excited and supportive of the FreeStyle change at first until I heard about the legume push and 0% Yogurt. Well I tired to eat the beans and 0 yogurts but it ended up I don't do well with those foods. Plus not to mention using artificial sweetner's to make yogurt taste better. I have not lost but now a gain of 3 lbs in the 6 weeks. Time to do what worked for me so here I am. Feeling relieved!
