Sheila, if you are still interested, you need to create your own maintenance, by changing the number of points you are allowing yourself, to what you want to use for your maintenance. I slowly increased from 30 to where I was comfortable--and don't forget you still have weekly points. Sorry it took so long to answer your question.

Now that I have set the tracker back to 30 points I want to make sure I am now properly calculating the foods that have become zeros (example chicken & beans)? This is amazing by the way!!! Thank you for starting this page!!!

I'm so happy I found this group! I'm determined to lose the 10 lbs I put back on. I had initially lost 50 lbs prior to Freestyle. Back to being a loser!

HI I JUST TRIED TO CHANGE TO MAINTANCE AND IT DOES NOT GIVE ME THAT OPTION... PLEASE HELP.

There is no maintenance setting on here. You just need to reset the points to what it should be for maintenance. I just counted up slowly from 30, starting at 31 one week, and if I wasn't happy with those results (still losing more that i need to) going to 32the next week, and so on, until I got to where I was happy with the results, and I stayed at that number of points instead of 30.

Chose Healthy Habits and then you should be able to set your points up for Daily Target and Weekly Target. I also turned off the rollover, since FS is the first time I know of that rollovers were allowed.
Under food, I don't have "maintenance". ???
