I was thinking of gratefulness today. Everyday we have something to be thankful and grateful for! We sometimes have to make a conscious decision to get on the grateful track. So many things will try to get us off course and focus on the negative. But there are so many things that are wonderful. We have a roof over our head! Many do not. We have food and clothes, many do not have the necessities. If we focus on what we do have, it will put everything into perspective! How does that relate to weight loss? It helps us have a positive outlook on life and choose more positive things!
