I was losing consistently on BTS. Freestyle rolls out and I either gained or the scale didn’t move. Last week was my first week back on BTS. No loss, but no gain. Weigh-in (at home! Never a meetings person) this morning after 2 weeks back on BTS and I’m down 0.5! Half a pound! I haven’t had a loss since Freestyle rolled out!!! I think it may take a few weeks for some of us to start losing again after 4.5 months on Freestyle. I’m feeling so much better and headed in the right direction!
