I can't lie, I like bread, do I sound like Oprah? But the breads I choose have to be healthy or if they are just simple carbs, I like sourdough. I love the multigrain sourdough you find up at Costco in Canada. I also like cottage cheese and yogurt and halibut and bison, those are my go to foods. I then add other things to compliment any meal.
