It's amazing how each day can bring about challenges. Some days are better than others, but the whole idea of discipline is not eating those frustrations or bad feelings, get a hold of yourself and doing what is positive for yourself, not destructive. When things get hectic,I tend to get panicky but then I have to calm myself down and let myself take one step at a time.
Today is a good day! I choose to rejoice!
I am struggling since I left WW Ive been sick almost a month so cardio not much. Hope this week can snap out of this depression and plan some activities, Today snow and cold Love the web site just joined yesterday
I am just glad to be back to SP and tracking again. I give myself 30 dailies (using the WW app on maintenance so I use up part of my 42 weeklies but that’s ok). I feel so much better and can’t wait to see more collarbones soon!!
My day is going great have all my meals planned out. I ate 7 bananas last night. So much for WW saying we are unlikely to even eat 6. So I wanted to count some of them as points and when I entered the nutrition info on the WW calculator one banana came up as 5 sp holy cow. Back in the good old days a banana was 2 points. Needless to say I decided not to track it.
