Lifetime since October 2017. I eat some-most of my weeklies on the weekend, weigh in is Friday. I weigh daily to keep myself on track. I exercise 5X/week. I do between 30-45 min on my old NordicTrack ski machine (do they still make them??). Once a week I do strength training for 25 minutes (need to increase to 2 days). I am at goal, but would like to lose 5-10 more. So far, I keep gaining and losing the same lb.
