I thought it was just me but after four weeks on FS and not losing anything, I switched to maintenance on connect. its way easier to follow and i’m feeling better already. I also changed to on-line only for now. I’m just not interested in the meetings and being around people right now. besides the meeting information is on-line every week, so I can read and study it at my leisure. I’ve had a lot of stress in my life and I need a break .

Is ProTracker a WW app? Does it count points or calories?
After 6 weeks of all gains on FS, I found this group. I'm setting up my ProTracker app today and tomorrow I start all over again. I'm looking forward to this next journey. I feel confident I will lose the weight I need to by returning to the old system. I'm exercising regularly now, and with tracking EVERYTHING I eat, I think this will be better for me. I was eating a lot of the "free foods", staying within the serving size for eat, but it was still too much. Can't wait to get started tomorrow!
Me too girl. I've done both online and meetings and I've lost on both. I understand some people need the meetings though. I'm happy online.
