Step 1. On the website (I think it’s better if you do it there), go to www.weightwatchers.com
Step 2. In your profile under settings, go to preferences. Choose food. Choose maintenance. That will put your tracker to 28 or 30. Your weeklies will be the same.
Step 3. Make sure you choose to not rollover points.
