Well at least I have this in my coffee and it’s so good for you too. Cocoa Butter in its pure form is actually as good or better for you than Coconut Oil. My hubby and I found out that if we make our own chocolate powder mix, we get the antioxidants and benefits.
I buy those Cocoa butter wafers which is pure cocoa butter. You can get it from Amazon. I measure out 6 servings, and set it aside. I use Costco Semi Sweet chocolate chips, measure out 6 servings and set it aside. I take Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and measure out six servings and set it aside. The whole shebang is 96 points. You will eventually measure this out in teaspoons so not to worry. I take my food processor and chop up the cocoa butter and chips together, mix it until its a powder. I then mix in the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. I put the mixture into a ziplock bag. I measured out the teaspoons which I use in my coffee anyway, and the point value was 1.33 so I round it down to 1 point per serving. My go to coffee concoction is I take cold brew, heat it up. I froth soy milk (vanilla). I then add the 1 tsp of chocolate and voila, it’s heavenly. Total points: 2
