I followed the plan and it worked. I mostly saved my weekly points for weekends, I tend to use more on the weekends for pizza, wine, dinners out, etc. I don’t consider them reward meals as I used the points allotted to me. I workout as often as i can! It’s my stress relief and I’m generally a happier person when I have a regular workout routine. I go through periods of time when I can’t workout due to ‘life happening’ but it doesn’t seem to affect my weight loss/maintenance. In order to get to this point (one year at Lifetime this month📷😍) I had to radically adjust my thinking. I think the mental shift was more noticeable to my family than the weight loss. As long as my head is in the game, my body follows📷💖
